We will agree on your prefered date and time. Cancellation Policy
You are entitled to a full refund for any cancellation made over 7 days. Cancellations made between 3–7 days before the service date will incur a THB 4,500 administrative fee. Cancellations within 48–72 hours of the session will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours of the session will be charged in full deposit amount with no refund. If you wish to reschedule or postpone an appointment you must give stylist no less than 7 days notice before the appointment is due to start. Reschedules made with at least 7 days notice are complementary and subject to availability. Rescheduling within 2-7 days is free of charge for the first time, with a ฿1,500 administrative fee for each subsequent rescheduled session. Rescheduling less than 48 hours is allowed once, with a ฿3,000 reschedule fee.
